We are seeking a skilled and motivated BPO Executive to join our dynamic team. As a BPO Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance to our clients. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate and efficient solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our company's products, services, and processes.
- Enter and update customer information and interactions in the company's database or CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Adhere to quality standards and processes to deliver consistent and excellent customer service.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively to meet individual and team targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
