We are urgently looking for **Client Acquisition Executive**for one of the **IT Industry.**

**Location**:Sindhubhavan Road, Ahmedabad

**Experience**:1-4 years
- Identify potential corporate clients through research, cold calling, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and industry events.
- Pitch our HR consultancy services (recruitment, staffing, payroll, HR advisory, etc.) to decision-makers (HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Heads, CXOs).
- Build and maintain a robust client pipeline to meet and exceed acquisition targets.
- Customize proposals based on client requirements and present solutions aligned with their hiring and HR needs.
- Negotiate terms of business agreements and close deals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with acquired clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the internal recruitment delivery team to ensure client expectations are met.
- Keep CRM and sales reporting updated with activities, leads, and conversion details.
- Stay informed about HR trends, market movements, and competitors to position the company effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of experience in client acquisition, business development, or corporate sales, preferably within HR services, recruitment firms, or staffing agencies.
- Strong understanding of HR consultancy offerings and the corporate hiring ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
