This role demands excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to understand client needs to offer tailored solutions.Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, referrals, and industry networks.Develop and execute effective strategies for client acquisition and revenue growth.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.Manage CRM data efficiently and report on lead status, conversion ratios, and business outcomes.Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience (1–4 years) in client acquisition, sales, or business development, preferably in [your industry – e.g., accounting, outsourcing, travel, IT, etc.].Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM platforms, and lead tracking systems.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Result-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Career growth opportunities in an international business environment.Supportive team and leadership guidance.Exposure to global markets and clients.
