Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Generate Leads**: Identify potential buyers and sellers through cold calling, networking, online marketing, and referrals.
- **Client Interaction**: Guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process, from property searches and viewings to negotiations and final agreements.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed on market trends, property values, and new listings in the area to provide clients with up-to-date information.
- **Property Showings**: Arrange and conduct property viewings for prospective clients, answering any questions and providing detailed information.
- **Negotiation**: Assist clients in negotiating offers and counteroffers, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the terms.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and submit all required legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and closing statements.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing support and advice even after deals are closed to ensure long-term satisfaction and referrals.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report on individual performance and sales goals, ensuring monthly targets are met.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with real estate software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
