About the Role:

- Bookkeeping and managing bills
- Making, Managing phone calls and correspondence
- Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Providing support and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Organizing and maintaining office files and records
- Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to try new things, young, enthusiastic and open to new experiences.
