Job Description: BHMS/BAMS Practitioner for Advanced Life Support

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated BHMS/BAMS practitioner to join our team as an Advanced Life Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing advanced medical care and support to patients requiring emergency assistance. Your expertise in BHMS/BAMS will be invaluable in assessing and managing critical conditions, coordinating with healthcare teams, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. This position requires a strong background in BHMS/BAMS, along with proficiency in advanced life support techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced life support to patients in emergency situations, including initial assessment, resuscitation, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring.

Utilize BHMS/BAMS principles and knowledge to evaluate patients, identify underlying health conditions, and determine appropriate treatment plans.

Collaborate with healthcare teams, including doctors, nurses, and paramedics, to ensure effective and coordinated patient care during emergency interventions.

Administer medications and perform procedures within the scope of BHMS/BAMS practice, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Assess and interpret diagnostic test results, such as ECGs, blood tests, and imaging studies, to aid in diagnosis and treatment decisions.

Document patient information, treatment interventions, and response to therapy accurately and promptly in electronic medical records or other designated systems.

Maintain proficiency in advanced life support techniques, attending training programs, workshops, and conferences to stay updated with the latest developments and best practices.

Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote health and well-being.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and research activities related to advanced life support and BHMS/BAMS practice.

Adhere to ethical and legal standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and respecting their rights and autonomy.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) or Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) degree from a recognized institution.

Valid license or registration to practice BHMS/BAMS in the relevant jurisdiction.

Postgraduate qualification or specialized training in emergency medicine, critical care, or advanced life support is highly desirable.

Strong knowledge of BHMS/BAMS principles, diagnosis, and treatment modalities.

Proficiency in advanced life support techniques, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), airway management, and emergency medication administration.

Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and interact compassionately with patients and their families.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation abilities.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Ability to adapt to dynamic and unpredictable work environments, including irregular work hours and on-call responsibilities.

**Salary**: ₹45,782.71 - ₹50,761.52 per month
