**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced
- **PR and Event Head** to join us with immediate effect. Once selected, you will be an integral part of our marketing team and will be responsible for developing and executing strategic PR initiatives and managing impactful events to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth.

This role requires impeccable and exceptional communication skills, an out-of-the-box creative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (if required).

**Core Responsibilities**:

- **PR Strategy and Execution**:
Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.-
- Create compelling press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to effectively communicate key messages to target audiences.-
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers to secure media coverage and positive brand exposure.-
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for brand positioning and thought leadership.-
- Identify areas of improvement and make data-driven recommendations for enhancing future PR strategies.- **Event Planning and Execution**:
Plan and execute result-driven high-impact events, including industry conferences, trade shows, product/service launches, and corporate gatherings.-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event goals, objectives, and target audiences.-
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.-
- Ideate event promotion and attendance through effective campaigns, leveraging various channels and networks.-
- Track and analyze PR and event metrics, providing regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.- **Stakeholder Management**:
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, customers, and internal teams.Serve as a company spokesperson, representing the organiSation at public events, media interviews, and speaking engagements.**Mandatory Requirements and Skillset**:
Proven working experience in PR-
- Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local, national and international level-
- Proven business relationships with both local and national business and industry media outlets-
