**Job Title: PR Executive**

**Location: Central Avenue, Kolkata**

**Exp: 1 to 2 years**

**Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹17,000 per month**

**Working Hours: 11 AM - 8 PM**

**Weekly Off: Tuesday**

**MUST HAVE OWN LAPTOP**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Social Media Management**:

- Create and post engaging content (text, graphics, and videos) across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
- Develop a content calendar to ensure regular, consistent, and strategic posts.Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to improve strategy.

**Public Relations**:

- Develop PR campaigns to create a strong positive image of PrepMed.
- Draft press releases, media kits, and pitch PrepMed's success stories and initiatives to media outlets.
- Build and maintain relationships with local media, journalists, and influencers.Promotion & Branding:Plan and execute promotional campaigns for PrepMed programs like PrepMed Science Olympiad, Power Sessions, and NEET Mock Exams.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to ensure campaigns align with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with creative teams for high-quality visual and written content.

**Event Coverage**:

- Manage social media live updates during events like Prepcon, scholarship programs, and Power Sessions.
- Ensure PR coverage for both PrepMed-organized and external partner events.

**Reporting & Analysis**:

- Track the performance of PR and social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on engagement, growth, and PR results.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools is a plus.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and stay updated on industry trends

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
