PR Pundit Havas Red is hiring for an Account Director role for PR with 9-11 years of experience. We are looking for candidates with relevant PR experience in the Hospitality/Travel/Lifestyle sector.As an Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, overseeing projects, and driving successful campaigns for our esteemed brand clients. Your strategic thinking, leadership, and ability to foster strong connections will be critical in achieving client goals and maintaining high standards of excellence.Job Responsibilities and duties:Client Relationship Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Hospitality/Travel/lifestyle brand clients.Understand client objectives, business goals, and brand identity.Build and nurture long-term relationships, ensuring client satisfaction.Project Oversight:Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to execute PR campaigns.Develop project plans, set milestones, manage timelines and monitor project progress, ensuring deliverables and meet client expectations.Strategic Planning:Collaborate with clients to develop PR strategies aligned with their business objectives.Pitch creative ideas, innovative approaches, and new product launches.Identify opportunities for brand exposure and reputation enhancement.Sales and Business Development:Identify new business prospects within the industry.Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.Drive revenue growth by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new clients.Event Coordination:Oversee and coordinate events, product launches, and media engagements.Ensure seamless execution, from planning to post-event analysis.Team Leadership:Supervise account managers, associates, and other team members.Provide mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback.Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.Support the HR team in interviewing and evaluating potential candidates for your team.Interested candidates can share their CV atgurleen.gujral@prpundithavasred.com
