1. **Exports (Invoicing,checklist,shipping bill,follow up with CHA’s, arranging flight/vessel as per customers requirement,Airway bill/BL checking)**

2. **Arrange export sample and documents to various countries.**

3. **Export documents preparation and submit in Bank for realisation of payment**

**and Followup for eBRC with bank.**

4. **Maintain exports record in soft copy and hardcopy.**

5. **Given freight Quotation rates to marketing team.**

6. **PO under IGST 0.1% record maintain in hard copy and soft copy.**

7. **Rodtep and drawback data maintain in soft copy and rodtep check in icegate portal.If not received then followup with icegate helpdesk.**

9. **Imports(Checklist approve,filled bill of entry,customs clearance,arranging vehicle from port to factory)**

10. **Import related documents preparation and submit in Bank.**

11. **Preparation LC opening documents, Acceptance of documents and make payment request letters.**

12. **Responsible for DGFT documents preparation (Advance licence, invalidation/SEZ certificate, EODC preparation and Customs related work (Bond registration)**

13. **Update import and export details in advance license sheet and calculate requirment of import and export.**

15. **ERP invoicing,Ledger checking,sharing coa with customer.**

16. **Exports payments follow-up with customers and Marketing team.**

17. **Maintained MIS export, import details and DGFT.**
