**Job Title**: IT Application Support**-Finnone**
**Location**: Gurgaon
**Experience**: 3-9 Years
**Salary**: Up to ₹9 LPA
**Employment Type**: Full-time | Onsite

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle **UAT testing**, new requirement implementation, and configuration tasks such as **GL creation, charge/accounting templates, and product/scheme setup**.
- Support business users across **branches and Head Office**.
- Manage integration with third-party systems such as **NSEL, Shubh-FTR, and DMS**.
- Continuously optimize and improve support processes.

**Required Competencies**:

- **Technical Skills**: SQL queries, Excel, MIS report generation
- **Functional Skills**: Application support, user management, change management
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, training capability, team coordination
- Languages: English (mandatory), Hindi and regional languages (preferred)

**Preferred Background**:

- Experience in **BFSI domain**:

- Graduate in IT/Computer Science or relevant technical discipline
