About the Role :We are looking for a proactive Application Support Engineer to support two key projects - Receipt Processing Engine (RPE) and Digital Campaign Management System. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving improvements to enhance automation and user experience.Key Responsibilities :- Review and verify receipt data within the VTC portal to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing.- Analyze untrained and partially trained receipt data and train the system to improve recognition and automation levels.- Investigate root causes of auto-rejected and manually approved receipts, documenting findings and preparing detailed reports for process optimization.- Monitor approval-pending receipts and add internal notes to enhance RPE API performance for higher auto-approval rates.- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to receipt validation and data processing workflows.- Configure and set up digital campaigns based on business requirements and provided briefs.- Provide application support and ensuring smooth functioning across environments.Technical Skills & Competencies : - Strong knowledge of SQL and familiarity with the .NET framework.- Experience supporting web and mobile applications.- Understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).- Good to have exposure to SaaS-based applications.- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems like JIRA or ServiceNow.- Experience in end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.- Knowledge of application testing and deployments across multiple environments.- Ability to prepare user manuals and deliver user training sessions.Desired Profile : - 2-4 years of experience in Application Support / Production Support roles.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.- Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and end users.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
