The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on programming experience, and a keen interest in maintaining and enhancing production applications. This role combines technical development skills with operational support responsibilities to ensure application stability, performance, and continuous improvement.What youll do : - Analyze, debug, and resolve production incidents in a timely manner.- Develop fixes, enhancements, and small feature changes in applications written in Node.js and Java.- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployments and application stability.- Monitor application performance, logs, and error reports to proactively identify potential issues.- Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term solutions for recurring problems.- Write and maintain technical documentation for application workflows, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.- Support release activities, deployments, and version upgrades across environments.What makes you a fit :- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in application support and development.- Strong programming knowledge in Node.js and Java.- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and troubleshooting integration issues.- Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for querying, debugging, and issue resolution.- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.- Exposure to Linux/Unix environments, scripting, and log analysis.- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Bonus points if you have :- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).- Understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).- Knowledge of monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Why Recur Club?
