Details:
Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Malad West (10 minutes’ walk from station)

Timings - 10-7 ( 6 days working )

**Key Responsibility Area**:

- Explaining the parents about the Products.
- Clear doubts or queries raised.
- Make sure the child is responding positively to the products.
- Build Sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the rights methods.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
- Ability to multi-tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Education - Graduation/HSC Passed
- Good Listening Skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with parents on an emotional level.
- Empathy and patience in handling sensitive situations and conversations.
