Paymentz is actively seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Customer & Technical Support Representative - Merchant Services at our corporate office in Malad, Mumbai. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing support and service to our merchants, resolving their inquiries, and addressing minor technical issues.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle merchant inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve inquiries promptly or escalate them to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical equipment-related issues and concerns.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date merchant records in our CRM database.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of merchant-related issues, equipment, and services.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient handling of both merchant and technical issues.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Merchant Services and technical aptitude is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn new technologies and processes, particularly in the fintech domain.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
