- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Continuously improve knowledge and skills to enhance customer support services.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a BPO or Call Centre environment is preferred.
