We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Executive to join our team in the domestic sector. The ideal candidate should have 0 to 2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels.
  • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills to enhance customer support services.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a BPO or Call Centre environment is preferred.
