The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.

Resolve customer queries within defined timelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Provide product/service information as per company guidelines.

Ensure a positive customer experience in every interaction.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Mandatory).

Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).

Good interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude.

Ability to work in rotational shifts (including weekends).

Basic computer knowledge.
