Job Title: Phone Banking Officer

Location: Airoli

Shift: General Shift (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

Resolve customer queries and service requests related to Banking products.

Manage escalation calls with patience and professionalism.

Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.

Maintain call quality, compliance, and service standards.

Ensure timely follow-up and closure of escalated cases.

Requirements:

Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream).

Good communication skills (English & Hindi).

Prior experience in voice process / customer support / escalation handling preferred.

Basic knowledge of banking processes will be an added advantage.
