**Responsibilities**
- Food preparation, focusing on Indian dishes.
- Clean and sanitize workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed.
- Do basic prep tasks like chopping, peeling, and cutting ingredients.
- Help organize and store food supplies and ingredients properly.
- Follow and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in all kitchen areas.
- Dispose of kitchen waste appropriately and ensure kitchen cleanliness.
- plating and food presentation when required.
- Perform additional kitchen duties as assigned by the kitchen supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, preferably in an Indian kitchen or with familiarity in preparing Indian dishes.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of basic Indian ingredients and food preparation methods.
- **Skills**:

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and hygiene.
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- **Physical Stamina**: Physically able to handle tasks such as lifting, standing for long periods, and working in a warm kitchen environment.
