**Job Title**: Kitchen Executive
**Location**: Andheri, Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the procurement team for stock replenishment.
- Ensure compliance with standard recipes and portion control.
- Manage kitchen staff schedules and supervise their performance.
- Handle kitchen equipment and ensure their proper maintenance.
- Adhere to budget constraints and minimize wastage.
- Address customer feedback and take corrective actions to improve food quality and service.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
- 1-3 years of experience in kitchen management or a similar role.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,379.91 - ₹14,000.72 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
