**Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Female Only | 1-2 Years Experience | 15 Days Training Period)**
**About The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve Queries, Complaints & Provide Accurate Information To Customers.
- Maintain Records Of Customer Interactions & Update The CRM System.
- Coordinate With Internal Teams To Ensure Timely Resolution Of Issues.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction & Build Long-Term Relationships.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum **1-2 Years Of Experience** In Customer Support/Telecalling/Client Handling.
- Strong Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
- Ability To Handle Pressure & Multitask Efficiently.
- Basic Knowledge Of Computers, MS Office & CRM Tools.
- Commitment To Work After The Training Period If Selected.
