**Job Title: Receptionist cum Administrative Assistant**

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a courteous and detail-oriented **Receptionist cum Admin Assistant** who will serve as the friendly face of the organization while supporting essential administrative operations. This dual role requires exceptional English communication skills—both verbal and written—and the ability to multitask efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Reception Responsibilities**
- Warmly **greet and welcome visitors**, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Professionally **answer, screen, and direct incoming calls**, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable **reception area** always.
- Manage **incoming and outgoing mail**, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- **Announce and assist visitors**, coordinate visitor access, and uphold front-desk security protocols. **Administrative Duties**:

- Support day-to-day administrative tasks including **scheduling appointments**, managing calendars, and preparing meeting or training spaces.
- **Order, track, and replenish office supplies**, ensuring uninterrupted availability.
- Assist with **document preparation**, filing, and maintaining up-to-date records—both physical and digital.
- Provide **general support across departments**, such as data entry, report preparation, and handling basic correspondence.

**Essential Qualifications & Skills**
- **Fluent in English**, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Proficient in Microsoft Office**, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong **organizational skills**, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- **Attention to detail**, problem-solving aptitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional)**
- Prior experience as a **receptionist or administrative assistant**.
- Education: Graduate **or equivalent**; any additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Exposure to **calendaring tools**, multi-line phone systems, or advanced correspondence platforms.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
