He has built 2 fintech startups before, as a founding member of CapitalFloat and Incred, both pioneering businesses valued >$500Mn The Leap team has a fine balance of industry experience (edtech, fintech, study abroad) and technical skills (engineering, product, design) **About the Role**: We are looking for Counsellors for scaling our premium counselling division. You will work with Managers and Senior leaders to build our premium counselling division from scratch. This is a new vertical that we are setting up and we are looking for people who will define the charter for this vertical. **The charter for this role will include**: - Conduct online telephonic and/or virtual counseling sessions with students interested in studying abroad- - Guide students on what courses to opt for based on their profile and interest- - Assist students on deciding on the universities/colleges and programs to opt forEnsure our students have a stellar user experience with Leap- - Resolve escalations and ensure a smooth student journey- - Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve set targets**Ideal Persona would**: - 1+ years of study abroad experience- - In-depth knowledge of premium universities/colleges- - Sound Understanding of various courses, admissions process, Visa process, and career options across various disciplines- - Experience in Shortlisting universities based on student profiles & preferences- - Experience in working with CRMs is desirable.- - Excellent in written and spoken communication- - Proficient with MS Office and other Web Conferencing tools.**Mutual Respect**: We love people who are ‘relentlessly resourceful’.
