**Job Purpose**

This role will be accountable for RAN/Microwave Planning and to lead a team of Field Survey Engineers to ensure prompt new site RF and Microwave Surveys of Network to deliver superior voice & data experience to customers in their respective zones.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- Radio Planning - 2G/4G/5G
- Microwave Planning - Should have microwave propagation knowledge, Microwave hardware and capacity knowledge. Microwave link budget knowledge.
- Day to day co-ordination with IP and Project team for new site rollout.
- Preparing Capacity addition plan and submitting to Project team for deployment.
- AOP planning for new site based on coverage, capacity & customer complaints

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- In-depth technical knowledge in radio network planning (2G/3G/4G/VoLTE/5G)
- Excellent domain knowledge of radio planning tools, link budget and radio wave propagation and antenna
- Good knowledge of Microwave propagation
- People management capability, very good cross functional co-ordination.
- Customer centric, Innovative, Ambitious and competitive, Calculated risk taking & task oriented
- Good communication skills

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

B-Tech Electronics and Telecommunications with 15+ years of experience
