**Position**:Regional Sales Manager (Oncology Speciality)

**HQ Locations**:Bengaluru / Hyderabad (01)** and covering entire business territories of **South India.** **Mumbai (01)** and covering entire business territories of West India.

**Work Experience Criteria**:
We are looking for someone who wants to change the lives of cancer patients.

We are looking for the Regional Sales Manager to take on a new role, building revenue and managing the Sales Team for the assigned business markets.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
- Explain and facilitate adoption of the company’s tests by Oncologists for prescription on a regular basis.
- Allocates yearly forecast among individual sales territories. Monitors and reports monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts against the plan.
- Hires, trains and retains employees. Provides developmental guidance to direct reports and ensures adequate coaching.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
