**Job Description**:
Funnels Traffic is a leading digital marketing agency that specializes in helping businesses drive traffic, generate leads, and increase conversions. We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including Facebook and Google ads
- Optimize ads to increase click-through rates, conversions, and return on investment
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Continuously test and improve campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to senior management

**Requirements**:

- Certification in marketing or a related field
- Minimum 6 months of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Facebook and Google ads
- Completed digital marketing certification
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: ₹20,000.31 - ₹35,000.05 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus

- Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)
