**Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Real Estate Advisory Firm)**

**Location**: Thane

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across digital platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and real estate-specific channels.
- **SEO & SEM**: Optimize content and websites for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (PPC) to drive targeted traffic to property listings, advisory services, and content offerings.
- **Social Media Marketing**: Create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) focused on real estate insights, property listings, industry trends, and client success stories to build an online presence and attract leads.
- **Lead Generation**: Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads for residential and commercial properties, investment opportunities, and advisory services.
- **Content Marketing**: Craft engaging and informative content for blogs, property descriptions, newsletters, and social media that aligns with the firm’s brand and showcases industry knowledge.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team and real estate advisors to align digital marketing efforts with business objectives and client needs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on real estate or a similar service-based industry.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO and SEM strategies for the real estate market.
- Excellent content writing and copywriting skills for property descriptions, blogs, and social media.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with real estate market trends, property types, and investment opportunities.
- Experience with video marketing and virtual property tours.
- Knowledge of web design and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Familiarity with the real estate investment and advisory landscape.
