Digital Strategist

**Responsibilities**:
- The ability to work to establish a digital campaign strategy that is in sync with the brand’s philosophy and objectives across multiple platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Mobile and devise strategic content while upholding creativity standards of the agency.
- Monitor digital & new media industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings that lead to better value for customers and higher financial value for Impulse Digital.
- Driving innovation and creativity for the brands on board
- Interacting with the account planning team and devising an appropriate campaign strategy.
- Brainstorming and contributing to the Account Team’s efforts on brand strategy for the client.
- Sharing creative input on ideas and campaigns.
- Daily research regarding social media platform updates and trends and synthesise them to use in creative ideation with the design and creative teams
- Utilize analytics tools to gather data on campaign performance.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and digital marketing trends relevant to the market and clients.
- Working with the Account manager and Planning team to distil brand goals and help develop strategies as per briefs.
- Provide timely feedback to the internal teams and make sure appropriate revisions are made to the concept, design, etc
- Ownership of all brand goals and targets, managing tasks and timelines to ensure timely and successful completion of all the deliverables.
- Conducting adequate research & gathering relevant material for interactive content development.
- Creating innovative buzz around the brand, its product promotions, launches and brand-sponsored digital content.
- Utilize Analytics to analyse and monitor the effectiveness of various aspects of the campaign such as community, traffic, conversations and engagements, leads and conversions.
**Requirements**:
- 4 years of proven experience in digital marketing strategy development and execution.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Deep understanding of the market and consumer behaviour.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of productivity.
- Experience working with major brands in the digital space
- A creative mindset
- Must have agency experience
