**About the role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement **comprehensive digital content strategies** tailored to clients' PR and thought leadership goals.
- Create **engaging, high-quality content** for various platforms, including blogs, LinkedIn articles, AI-generated reports, whitepapers, and social media posts.
- Work closely with **podcast teams** to conceptualize, script, and promote thought leadership content.
- Utilize **AI-driven tools and analytics** to optimize content performance and engagement.
- Collaborate with PR, design, and social media teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.
- Monitor digital trends and emerging technologies to continuously **enhance content strategies**.
- Manage editorial calendars, ensuring timely delivery and distribution of content across digital channels.
- Track and analyze **key performance metrics**, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **3+ years** of experience in digital content strategy, content marketing, or digital PR.
- Strong knowledge of **SEO, AI-powered content tools, and social media algorithms**.
- Proven experience in creating **thought leadership content** for executives, entrepreneurs, or brands.
- Familiarity with **podcast content production, scripting, and distribution**.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to **analyze content performance** and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Experience using content management systems (CMS), AI-driven writing tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Background in **public relations, journalism, or digital marketing**.
- Experience working with **B2B brands, executives, or startups**.
- Understanding of **Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or video editing tools** is a plus.
- Understanding of **AI-generated content tools** such as ChatGPT, Jasper, or Copy.ai.
