Graphic Designer and Social Media Handler

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design & Creative Development**:

- Create infographics, banners, promotional materials, and other marketing collateral that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Develop high-quality graphics that are visually appealing and engaging.
- **Video Editing & Content Creation**:

- Edit and produce short-form videos for social media, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Work with existing video content to create compelling visual stories that resonate with our audience.
- Create animations and motion graphics as needed to enhance video content.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and maintain company social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Plan, schedule, and post regular content on social media platforms to promote services, engage with followers, and drive traffic.
- Respond to comments and messages on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into daily social media activities.
- **Content Strategy and Execution**:

- Assist in developing a social media content calendar and strategy in alignment with business goals and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor social media metrics and insights to track engagement, analyze performance, and adjust strategies to optimize content reach and interaction.
- Create and execute content that promotes customer engagement, brand recognition, and growth.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all visuals, designs, and content align with SkyPod Immigration Consulting’s brand identity and voice.
- Maintain consistent design style across all marketing channels to build brand recognition.
- **Collaborative Work**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to ensure a unified brand presence across all channels.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to come up with creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and social media activities.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Track social media performance and analyze key metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and content performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team on social media activity, performance, and overall brand presence.
- **Stay Current on Trends**:

- Continuously research and stay updated on the latest design trends, social media algorithms, and tools to ensure content stays fresh and effective.
- Experiment with new formats and techniques to maintain a competitive edge in social media marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications or courses in graphic design, video editing, or social media marketing (desired, but not required).
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and social media management.
- Proven experience in creating engaging social media content and handling multiple social media platforms.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- **Graphic Design Software**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Canva, or similar design tools.
- **Video Editing**: Strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- **Social Media Management**: Experience managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and using scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to generate creative ideas for design and social media campaigns that align with brand goals.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail, ensuring that all content is polished and aligns with brand guidelines.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with the audience in a professional, friendly manner.
- **Content Strategy**: Knowledge of how to create and execute social media strategies that engage audiences and support business growth.

**Desirable Skills**:

- **Motion Graphics & Animation**: Experience creating motion graphics or simple animations to enhance visual content.
- **Photography Skills**: Ability to capture or source high-quality images for use in social media posts and other digital content.
