Job Description:
As a Social Media Intern at Form and FLow, you will support our social media efforts by scheduling posts, assisting in the execution of monthly content calendars and campaigns, and collaborating with our strategy team to develop engaging content. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in social media management and to contribute to the clients online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Post Scheduling**: Schedule and manage social media posts using Sprout Social, ensuring timely and accurate publication across all platforms.
- **Content Calendar Execution**: Assist in the execution of monthly content calendars, aligning posts with ongoing campaigns and key marketing initiatives.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work closely with the strategy team to brainstorm and develop creative ideas and concepts for social media content.
- **Team Support**: Provide assistance to the social media team as needed, contributing to various projects and tasks.
- **Schedule Management**: Oversee and maintain the social media posting schedule, ensuring consistency and adherence to deadlines.
- **Performance Tracking**: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- **Social Media Savvy**: Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- **Tech Skills**: Proficiency in using social media management tools, particularly Sprout Social.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- **Organization**: Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- **Analytical Skills**: Basic understanding of social media metrics and analytics, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Previous internship or experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus.
- **Design Skills**: Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
