**Role & Responsibilities**

As a Graphic Designer at Nexzem Technologies, you will be responsible for:
**1 Social Media & Marketing Graphics**:

- Designing **custom social media posts** that align with brand identity, using brand colors and styles.
- Creating **engaging ad creatives** for various advertising campaigns, including **carousel, informative, and static posts**.

**2 Website & Digital Graphics**:

- Designing **website banners, sliders, hero images, infographics, and flowcharts**.
- Creating visually appealing **presentations and marketing materials**.

**3 Motion Graphics & Video Editing**:

- Creating **motion graphics** for social media posts or website use.
- Editing videos at a **basic to intermediate level**, including **transitions, captions, cropping, trimming, lighting adjustments, and color corrections**.

**4 Brand Consistency & Trend Awareness**:

- Ensuring **consistency in branding** across all design assets.
- Staying updated with the latest **design trends and social media aesthetics** to create fresh and engaging content.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
**-**Proficiency in Canva (knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or figma is a plus).
- Strong creativity**,**attention to detail, and an eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to understand and follow brand guidelines while maintaining originality.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of marketing and branding principles.
