Graphic Designer/production Artist and Social Media Handler

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Graphic Design**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop design concepts that align with the brand’s voice, goals, and target audience.
- Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms and materials.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve the design process and output.

**2. Production**:

- Prepare final designs for production, ensuring all files are set up correctly for printing, digital, or other media formats.
- Oversee the production process, working closely with print vendors and manufacturers to ensure high-quality output.
- Coordinate and schedule production timelines to meet project deadlines.
- Manage the preparation of promotional materials, packaging, and other branded assets.

**3. Social Media Management**:

- Handle the daily management of the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with marketing campaigns and company goals.
- Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for social media posts, stories, and ads.
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement to optimize content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement paid social campaigns.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.).
- Experience with social media platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media marketing strategies and trends.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is a plus.
