Role Description:

This is an internship role for a social media intern to join our team focused on Indian hip-hop, events, and youth culture. This role is ideal for someone who understands the power of social media, loves youth culture, and is excited to help grow an authentic music movement. You won't just be posting content — you'll be part of how hip-hop stories reach new audiences.

This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility for remote work, still the idle candidate should be disciplined with social media postings.

Responsibilities:

• Post videos and event highlights, tagging artists and relevant partners.
• Curate performance clips and event footage into viewer-friendly reels (no heavy editing required)
• Monitor comments, respond to inquiries, and maintain an active online presence.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies.
• Respond to basic DMs, queries, and engagement on social platforms
• Stay updated on Music industry trends and tools to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Stay updated with youth trends, music culture, and similar creator pages
• Assist with brand communication, outreach research, and pitch idea support

Requirements:

• Someone passionate about hip-hop/rap/pop culture, Music and youth movements (MANDATE)
• Comfortable using phone editing apps like InShot, CapCut, Canva, etc
• Experience in using social media accounts, especially Instagram.
• Interested in communicating, knowing the industry, and overall a curiousness to know about things, learn fast and grow.
• Prior experience in social media internships, event pages, or college fests will be a plus

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹1, ₹3,500.00 per month
