**Job Summary**:
The Quality Line Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all products meet quality standards and specifications by conducting inspections on the production line. The role requires a keen eye for detail and adherence to quality control processes to minimize defects and maintain compliance with company policies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct real-time inspection of plastic injection moulded products on the production line to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
- Verify product dimensions, appearance, and functionality using appropriate measuring tools and inspection techniques.
- Monitor production processes and identify any deviations from quality standards, reporting issues promptly to the production supervisor or quality control team.
- Perform regular checks of raw materials and components to ensure compliance with established specifications.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results and prepare quality reports as required.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for identified defects or process inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with the production and quality teams to develop and refine inspection methods and processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards during all quality inspection activities.

**Qualifications**:

- **ITI or Bachelor of Engineering** in a field relevant to plastic and injection molding.

**Working Hours**: 09:00 AM - 07:00 PM

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Salary range**: 13-15k

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
