**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products.
- Ensure compliance with **Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)** and **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** standards.
- Accurately fill and maintain **Batch Production Records (BPR)**, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain records of all laboratory tests, analyses, and procedures in line with company policies.
- Prepare, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
- Conduct stability studies and investigate any product quality issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the production and quality control teams to ensure smooth operations and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry advancements and best practices to improve laboratory processes and product testing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in **Chemistry**, **Pharmaceutical Sciences**, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory or related industry.
- Knowledge of **Batch Production Records (BPR)** and the documentation process in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment, testing methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of **HPLC**, **GC**, and other analytical techniques is a plus.
