, our mission is to build a strong offline-first presence with dermatologists, chemists, and cosmetic retailers across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Appoint, onboard, and manage distributors/stockists
to ensure strong market coverage and smooth product supply. - Lead and mentor
sales representatives (MRs)
in the assigned territory, ensuring effective field execution. - Negotiate with distributors, chemists, and cosmetic retailers
to maximize margins and placement. - Drive
shelf placement and visibility
of products at chemists, cosmetic stores, and dermat clinics. - Build and maintain strong relationships with
dermatologists, cosmetologists, and key accounts
for prescription generation. - Plan and execute
field visits, product demos, sampling, and CME programs
for doctors and clinic staff. - Ensure achievement of
primary & secondary sales targets, collections, and overall business growth
in the territory.
Requirements
- 3–6 years
of proven sales experience in
skincare, beauty, cosmeceuticals, or dermatology brands
(mandatory). - Prior experience in
appointing distributors/stockists
is a must. - Strong dermatologist, cosmetologist, and chemist network in the region.
- Excellent communication,
negotiation
, and leadership skills. - Ability to independently
drive sales execution and shelf placement
. - Graduate degree required; MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
