Key Responsibilities

  • Appoint, onboard, and manage distributors/stockists
     to ensure strong market coverage and smooth product supply.
  • Lead and mentor 
    sales representatives (MRs)
     in the assigned territory, ensuring effective field execution.
  • Negotiate with distributors, chemists, and cosmetic retailers
     to maximize margins and placement.
  • Drive 
    shelf placement and visibility
     of products at chemists, cosmetic stores, and dermat clinics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with 
    dermatologists, cosmetologists, and key accounts
     for prescription generation.
  • Plan and execute 
    field visits, product demos, sampling, and CME programs
     for doctors and clinic staff.
  • Ensure achievement of 
    primary & secondary sales targets, collections, and overall business growth
     in the territory.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years
     of proven sales experience in 
    skincare, beauty, cosmeceuticals, or dermatology brands
     (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in 
    appointing distributors/stockists
    is a must.
  • Strong dermatologist, cosmetologist, and chemist network in the region.
  • Excellent communication, 
    negotiation
    , and leadership skills.
  • Ability to independently 
    drive sales execution and shelf placement
    .
  • Graduate degree required; MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
