Position Title : Executive - Logistics

Base Location : Delhi
- HO

Reporting To : Logistics Manager (Microscope Division)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Invoicing and Purchasing**:

- Manage day-to-day order processing from Purchasing to Invoicing using **SAP Business One.**:

- Ensure accuracy in purchase orders, invoices and timely dispatch & delivery of material.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of goods and services.
- Preparate GRN and Invoices once items are available in the warehouse.
- Liaising and negotiating with vendors for third-party items to be supplied with orders
- Explore more vendors for the same products for quality and cost reductions.
- Processing vendor bills and timely payments

**Logistics Operations**:

- Track and coordinate with suppliers for the timely order & delivery of Purchased materials
- Ensure timely dispatch to the customer following all necessary documentation checking.
- Oversee inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

**Reporting and MIS (Management Information Systems)**:

- Generate periodic reports on logistics performance, stock levels, and procurement metrics using SAP Business One.
- Prepare and update MIS reports & dashboards
- Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare accounts receivable report monthly

**Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure adherence to all processes as per the statutory compliances: GST, E-Way bills, E-Invoicing etc.
- Prepare accurate documentation for shipments, purchasing, and invoicing transactions.
- Document management & filing as per the company systems

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with finance, stores, and sales teams to align logistics activities
- Address and resolve logistics issues promptly to avoid disruption to operations.
- Consistently try to improve the existing processes for smooth operation by analyzing and optimizing logistic procedures and reducing costs

**Key Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

**Experience**: 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics and procurement, with proven expertise in SAP Business One for invoicing and purchasing.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in SAP Business One (essential).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and tools.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
