We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and experienced Personal and Professional Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a demanding executive. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle a diverse range of tasks, both personal and professional.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Personal Tasks**:
- Manage a complex schedule, including appointments, meetings, and personal commitments.
- Prioritize tasks and schedule efficiently to optimize time management.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth scheduling.
**Travel Arrangements**:
- Book and manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and expense reports.
**Personal Errands**:
- Handle personal correspondence and communications.
**Professional Tasks**:
- Handle document preparation, editing, and formatting.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
**Project Assistance**:
- Provide research and analysis support for various projects.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Manage project timelines and deadlines.
**Event Planning**:
- Coordinate and plan professional and personal events, including meetings, conferences, and social gatherings.
- Handle logistics, guest lists, and event details.
- **Research**: Conducting research on various topics as required.
- **Financial Management**: Handling financial tasks, such as bill payments and expense reports.
- **Crisis Management**: Responding to urgent situations and providing support during crises.
- **Confidential Matters**: Handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
