Cadence Management is hiring for one of its member companies, **Secure Pay** **(A Subsidiary of Direct2Pay). Secure Pay **is founded by two young entrepreneurs is a dynamic payment aggregator, providing businesses with secure and seamless payment solutions. They simplify financial transactions through cutting-edge technology, enabling faster and safer payments. As a subsidiary of Direct2Pay, they are committed to driving business growth with innovative services. Their platform integrates multiple payment options to enhance customer experiences. They aim to empower businesses with efficient and reliable payment processes at Secure Pay.

**Secure Pay** is looking for a creative and strategic **Social Media Incharge / Content Creator** who will manage their Social Media presence and create compelling content to engage their audience. This role comes with the potential to grow and lead a social media team in the future.

**Position**: Social Media Incharge / Content Creator

**Educational Qualification**:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

**Location**: Dehradun

**No. of Vacancy**: 1

**Experience**: Proven experience as a social media manager or content creator.

**Employment Type**:Full-Time

**Salary**:25000 to 35000 per month

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with Secure Pay’s business goals.
- Create and manage content for various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Write, edit, and publish posts, articles, and other content that promote Secure Pay’s services.
- Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to optimize content performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with potential clients.
- Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, preparing reports for management.
- Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate them into the content strategy.
- Build and manage a team of content creators as the company grows.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills.
- Ability to create visual content (graphic design, video editing is a plus).
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Knowledge of SEO and online traffic metrics.
- Creative thinking and content strategy development.
- Strong English Communication skills and Collaboration skills.
- Analytical skills to interpret social media data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
