**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the front office, including admissions, parent counselling, and query handling.
- **Convert prospective parent inquiries and leads into confirmed admissions through counselling and regular follow-ups.**:

- Organize and lead school tours, presentations, and promotional activities to showcase the school’s offerings.
- Maintain admission records, visitor data, and generate reports for management.
- Handle both outbound and inbound calls for admission-related queries.
- Conduct market research and competition analysis to support school outreach.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality parent engagement and smooth admission processes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline with strong communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in admissions counselling, customer service, or parent relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage documentation efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with persuasive ability.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and telecalling skills.
- Service-oriented attitude, with flexibility to work as per school requirements.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Patient, adaptable, and creative approach to handling parent interactions.
