**SCHOOL COORDINATOR ROLE**

1. Primarily responsible to handle the Parents & new admission enquires.

2. Responsible to handle the entire new admission process.

3. Should be accountable to maintain the school accounts.

4. Capable to manage the school staff and mitigate their day-to-day concerns.

5. First Point of Contact (POC) for any vendor deals.

6. Should be responsible to manage school assets and ensure school safety.

7. Responsible for School circulars, communications and many notifications broadcasting to respective audience periodically.

8. Attend daily / weekly meeting with School Management and if needed then Head Office.

9. Actively work on Digital presence like FB / Instagram & YouTube etc to promote school events and activities and also work on video editing activities.

10. Able to handle the Petty cash and procurement process to avoid any delay in BAU activities.

11. Responsible to recover the fees from Parents on regular basis.

12. Should work neutrally and maintain transparency with School management.

13. Capable to handle any social / legal / behavioural / management issues.

14. Flexible to handle school phone calls & WhatsApp queries throughout the day.

15. Should handle the school hygiene and manage the surveillance.

16. Ensure teachers conducting classes as per lesson plan or SM guidelines.

17. Should plan and organise the events & festival as per The i-school calendar / SM.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,001.00 per month
