**Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (UG/PG Course Sales - Online)**
**Location**: Bengaluru
**Experience**: Minimum 6 months preferred (Freshers with excellent communication skills in Hindi & English can apply)
**Education**: Graduation (mandatory)
**Age Limit**: Maximum 32 years
**Working Days**: 6 days a week
**Timings**: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
**Joining**: Immediate Joiners Preferred
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Understand the learner’s requirements and provide detailed course information and guidance to help them make informed decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Build a strong pipeline through lead follow-ups, database management, and referrals.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.
- Handle objections and queries efficiently and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Update CRM software with daily activities, lead status, and follow-up notes.
- Coordinate with the operations and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
- Provide accurate feedback and market insights to the marketing and product development teams.
- Represent the brand in a professional manner and uphold company values.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 months of inside sales/tele-calling/edtech sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in **both Hindi and English** (mandatory).
- Must be a **graduate** in any discipline.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven with a passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Age should not exceed **32 years**.
- Comfortable with 6-day work weeks and a 10 AM - 7 PM shift.
- **Immediate joiners** will be given preference.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
