**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Quotation Management**:

- Prepare and issue quotations for customers based on provided details and requests.
- Ensure that quotations are accurate, reflecting correct pricing, terms, and product details.
- Follow up with customers to confirm quotation status and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain records of all quotations sent, along with customer feedback and responses.

**Customer Follow-up**:

- Maintain a regular follow-up schedule with clients regarding pending quotations, orders, and services.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.

**Data Management and Reporting**:

- Create and maintain detailed records of quotations, orders, and other customer interactions in Excel or relevant systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on sales performance, follow-up status, and pending quotations.
- Update and track sales data, ensuring accurate and organized filing and documentation.
- Generate custom reports using Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, and charts for analysis.

**Order Processing and Coordination**:

- Assist in processing customer orders once quotations are approved, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Coordinate between departments (sales, procurement, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Track the status of orders and ensure timely delivery to customers.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Communicate with vendors and suppliers for product details, quotations, and pricing as needed.
- Follow up with vendors on order status, delivery times, and inventory availability.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders.

**Administrative Support**:

- Perform general administrative duties including filing, document management, and data entry.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and ensuring proper documentation for internal use.
- Organize meetings, manage schedules, and handle basic office-related inquiries.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service.
- Help address any post-sale issues and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
