Sales and Marketing Intern

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer demographics, and competitive landscape.
- Assisting with the management of social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring analytics.
- Assisting with the organization and execution of marketing events and promotions, both online and offline.
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining CRM databases, and preparing sales materials.
- Assisting in the creation and distribution of sales and marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and sales kits.
- Assisting with the analysis and reporting of marketing and sales performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM software.
- Participating in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and insights for marketing and sales initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts and principles.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members.
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in the fields of marketing and sales.
- Willingness to take initiative and contribute new ideas to projects and campaigns.

**Job Types**: Internship, Fresher
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
