**Job Title: Sales & Marketing Intern**

**Location**: Pune, India

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales & Marketing Interns to join our team in Pune. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business development while contributing to the growth of our wellness and IT divisions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and client partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market segments.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports.

**Marketing**:

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote our wellness and IT services.
- Support the coordination of marketing events, workshops, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance metrics.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Assist in maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-up.
- Handle client inquiries and provide support as needed.
- Collect client feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, including data entry, file management, and scheduling meetings.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and marketing campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, with a passion for sales and marketing.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹27,273.00 per month
