Zouk sells via its own website and marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra. Zouk has over 400,000+ Happy Customers and has been featured by media outlets like CNBC TV18, ELLE, Cosmopolitan, ET Prime, YourStory. Our bags were also organically featured in the Vidya Balan movie Sherni, Amazon Prime movie Majaa Maa, Netflix’s show Little Things 3, Amazon Prime series Hush Hush and Sony TV’s Bade Acche Lagte Hain 2. When Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi went to the US in 2021, our bags went as gifts given to global CEOs. We also won the Best Vegan Wallets brand award from PeTA India in 2021.
Zouk started its offline presence from June’23 with a flagship store at Seawoods mall, Mumbai and second store at Brigade Orion mall Bangalore. We will be opening 6 new stores in FY 23-24 and open various SIS at various department stores like Shoppers Stop etc..
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Handle day-to-day operations for all modern trade relationships - Shoppers Stop, Crossword, Emami etc.
- Check staff attendance, reporting time, sales reports from each individual
- Coordinate with Zouk WH team on dispatch and follow-up with Modern trade partners on receiving the goods and display
- Check and resolve if any excess / short stocks received and do a reconciliation of QDN/return stocks if any
- Get weekly photograph and do analysis of the sales and stocks
- Does sales analysis across all offline channels to understand category split, UPTs, prepare DSR
- Coordinate sales data with on-store visual merchandising, to ensure we build some store IPs
- ○ IP1 - ensuring print of the week is setup on the table
○ IP2 - ensuring a bestsellers table setup, based on data at a store level
○ IP3 - ensure stocks on offer is setup
○ Build further IPs, based on objectives like
- ■ Increasing conversion rate for walk-ins via discounting
■ Increasing AOV by pushing higher value products
■ Increasing UPT by pushing combos, discounting
- Other items
High-level background could be someone with
- 2-4 years of experience in retail, preferably in a fashion or lifestyle brand side
- Numbers and strong in follow-up and coordination.
- Good people skills to be able to manage sales team and partners along with cross department and external stakeholders
- High willingness to learn and adopt to a new-age brand culture that is online heavy and is building 0 to 1 journey on offline side
- Has worked with modern trade teams in the past and has done some bits of store operations work
- Mandatory that the person will be Mumbai-based
