Shish Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Executive to join our team.

**Keys & Responsibilities**:

- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- **PC Setup**: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- **Desktop Support**: Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, both remotely and on-site.
- **Network Management**: Set up, configure, and maintain network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- **System Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance and updates on hardware and software to ensure optimal performance.
- **Security**: Implement and manage security measures to protect IT infrastructure and sensitive data.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, setups, and troubleshooting steps.
- **Training**: Provide training and support to users to help them understand and utilize IT resources effectively.

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in hardware and network engineering or a related role.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Experience with PC setup and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles and network device configuration.
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, MacOS, Linux).
- Understanding of network security practices and tools.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
