One of our clients from the computer software industry is seeking a junior program coordinator. You will be required to help support and plan programs along with all other activities budgeting, paperwork, media relations, etc. Prepare, modify, and file reports and documentation as necessary. The goal will be to facilitate the effective management of programs according to the organization’s standards.

Tasks
- Secure funding for the project;
- Manage the project budget;
- Foster positive relationships with external vendors and service providers;
- Update social media platforms and websites;
- Organize meetings;
- Communicate with media outlets;
- Creating reports, presentations and proposals;
- May perform specialized activities of a programmatic nature in direct support of the accomplishment of program objectives and protocol;
**Requirements**:

- Good computer knowledge and tech-savvy;
- Excellent communication and people skills;
- Possesses exceptional public speaking skills;
- Understanding of report writing, bookkeeping, and budgeting;
- Excellent time management, organisational and multitasking ability;
- Good problem-solving ability;
