**Position: Client Servicing Executive (Events)**

**Profile of the Company: A 10 year old, corporate event management agency, servicing a premier clientele**

Location: Lodha Supremus, Off Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri East

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand client needs and objectives, and translate them into actionable plans for the internal team.
- Coordinate with various departments within the agency to ensure timely delivery of client projects and services.
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services to existing clients and new prospects (outreach through networking, calling and mailing).
- Handle client enquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends and client competitors to provide relevant insights and recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mass Media, Mass Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or Event Management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
